The Role
As Site Manager, you’ll take full ownership of site delivery from mobilisation through to handover, ensuring safety, programme, subcontractor coordination, and quality are all executed to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end site management of commercial fit out & refurbishment projects
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers and daily site operations
- Driving programme and short-term lookaheads to keep delivery on track
- Managing works in occupied/live environments with minimal disruption
- Running site meetings and coordinating consultants/trades
- Maintaining high standards across safety, quality and presentation
- Managing site logistics, access constraints and sequencing challenges
- Working closely with Project Managers and Contract Administrators to ensure smooth delivery
- Overseeing defect management, commissioning and final handover
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Site Management experience delivering commercial fit out/refurbishment projects
- Strong experience on projects in the $5m–$15m range
- Excellent understanding of sequencing, finishes and subcontractor management
- Confident working in live environments / staged delivery programmes
- Trade or construction qualification preferred
- Strong communication skills with a solutions-focused mindset
- A hands-on leader who drives standards and accountability
