We are seeking an experienced site manager to manage a diverse range of government housing, SDA Housing & Medium Density projects across the Benalla & Wodonga region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion
- Drive construction program and coordinate trades effectively
- Maintain strong OH&S standards, site compliance, and documentation
- Deliver high-quality builds in line with drawings, NCC, and specifications
- Monitor costs, variations, and subcontractor performance
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and customers
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential or commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of OH&S, NCC, and local building standards
- Ability to manage multiple trades and meet program deadlines
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality outcomes
- Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
