Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations from commencement through to completion
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Maintain strict compliance with WHS, QA, and environmental requirements
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients
- Drive programme, sequencing, and site productivity
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Foreman / Site Manager in commercial construction
- Proven experience delivering hospitality, retail fit-out, fuel/petrol station, or industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of Australian construction standards and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced programmes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction (preferred)
