- Oversee and manage all on-site activities, including trades, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with consultants, including architects, engineers and authorities, to resolve design and site issues.
- Program and sequence works to maintain an efficient workflow and protect project milestones.
- Manage site logistics, access, deliveries, materials and plant in constrained environments.
- Proactively identify and resolve site issues to maintain safety, quality and program.
- Maintain accurate daily site records, reporting and site diaries.
- Ensure works are delivered to a high standard, in line with drawings, specifications and Australian Standards.
- Enforce WHS compliance and promote a strong safety culture on site.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial, residential or refurbishment projects (CBD, heritage or Class 2 experience highly regarded).
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, temporary works and site logistics on constrained or live sites.
- High attention to detail, particularly across structure, services integration and finishes.
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to stay ahead of program.
- Confident communicator who can manage subcontractors, consultants and client-side stakeholders.

- Trade background (Carpentry preferred) and/or Cert IV / Diploma in Construction Management.
- Previous experience with Tier 2 or Tier 3 builders viewed favourably.
- Valid Australian working rights.
