My client are a growing commercial builder who specialise in construction and refurbishment projects across the defence, education and commercial sectors operating nationally. They are currently looking for a site manager to join the business who is happy travelling to deliver regional projects throughout the country.
This builder is known for having an outstanding company culture which is built on trust and respect for all involved which sees them put employees first offering constant development opportunities, well-being days, flexibility and regular social events
About the role:
- Be responsible for overseeing the build from start to finish
- Oversee all sub-contractors & manage the quality of finishes
- Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets
- Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to date
Your Background:
- Experience with site managing commercial refurb and new build projects
- 5+ years as a site manager/foreman
- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality
- Positive attitude with the right temperament
- Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme
You will Receive:
- Employment with a commercial builder with strong project pipeline
- Up to $190k package, based on years of experience
- Regional allowances (LAFHA provided)
- Support from office with CA's, PM's and operations manager etc.
- Genuine processes in place to achieve work life balance
