They pride themselves on repeat work, this builder successfully delivers projects across the education  and commercial sectors up to $30M. Their workplace is welcoming, professional and have an enjoyable culture.

As a business they have recently picked up a number of education projects and other commercial projects and are looking for a commercial Site Manager to help deliver new build projects across Sydney.

About the role:
- Be responsible for overseeing the build from start to finish
- Oversee all sub-contractors & manage the quality of finishes
- Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets
- Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to date

Your Background:
- Experience with site managing commercial projects
- Must have experience delivering new build projects over $10 mil 
- 5-10 years as a site manager/foreman
- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality
- Positive attitude with the right temperament
- Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme
 
You will Receive:
- Employment with a commercial builder with strong project pipeline
- Up to $240k package, based on years of experience
- Support from office with CA's, PM's and operations manager etc.
- Genuine processes in place to achieve work life balance

There is a strong team of Project Managers, Contract Administrators and Directors to lend assistance.
