The Role
Reporting to the Site Manager and Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising all structure-related site activities from excavation through to topping out
- Managing concrete, formwork, reinforcement, and post-tension subcontractors
- Coordinating trades, deliveries, and site logistics
- Maintaining a high standard of site safety and quality assurance
- Proven experience supervising structure packages on apartment or commercial projects
- Strong understanding of concrete structures and basement construction
- Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain quality outcomes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills on site
