Our client is a leading provider of integrated property services across Australia and New Zealand. Their health team plays a vital role in maintaining and optimising key public infrastructure – from schools to hospitals. We’re currently seeking a driven Asset Manager to join their Bendigo team and take ownership of asset and lifecycle planning across a diverse, high-performing PPP portfolio.
As Asset Manager, you’ll lead strategic asset and maintenance planning—ensuring assets are "fit for purpose" across their lifecycle. You’ll develop and validate asset registers, oversee preventative maintenance plans (ISO 55000 aligned), and manage lifecycle and capital works forecasting.
You’ll also:
- Drive delivery of lifecycle budgets & asset strategies
- Ensure compliance with contract, safety and regulatory obligations
- Lead a small team and coordinate with technical and commercial stakeholders
- Play a key part in ensuring hospitals and education precincts remain safe, functional and future-ready
- 5+ years in asset or facilities management (PPP experience ideal)
- Strong knowledge of lifecycle planning, ISO55000, CMMS systems (e.g., QFM, Zutec)
- Experience in operational risk management, CAPEX/OPEX planning
- Sound knowledge of statutory codes & compliance auditing
- Strong leadership, stakeholder, and subcontractor management skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (project/asset management – desirable)
