An opportunity has arisen for a newly created Maintenance & Warranty Manager to join the business, this senior role will manage a nimble on-site & admin team as well as continue to establish/improve systems and efficiencies within the business as it continues to grow.
Reporting to the head of Construction, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations across completed construction sites.
- Manage maintenance planning, staff coordination, compliance, safe working practices and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee onsite Maintenance team, and Administrative Support staff to ensure effective execution of maintenance tasks and administrative processes.
About You:
- Previous experience in managing a maintenance/warranty team
- Advanced level of skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and strong accuracy skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solutions orientated & ability to be hands on when required
