Is a privately held development group who have an enviable track record in the residential land development sector. This group have an impressive pipeline of developments, ranging from 40-200 lots. Due to continued growth in their pipeline, they are currently seeking an Assistant Development Manager to support their Development Team.
The Role
Joining a tight knit development team and working closely under the leadership of a Development Director, this role will have exposure to the full development lifecycle. You will work take ownership for the feasibility and driving development outcomes across front-end design, town planning, sales/marketing and infrastructure delivery through to settlement.
About You
This role will suit candidates with the following background:
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- 1-3 years experience working in consulting, construction or development.
- Ideally exposure to the land development sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong financial acumen
