About the Group
This group specialize in delivering new build and complex fit-out refurb projects up to $50 mil in Victoria.  They have long standing relationships with private development and government groups and have grown steadily over the last five years to now turnover $120 mil per year. They are looking for a Construction Manager to join their company due to an increase of projects. 

Responsibilities 
In this position you will report to the Director and oversee  4-5 projects at a time.  You will be responsible for managing set budgets and programs, prepare and present monthly construction reports to the owner and manage the recruitment for your project teams.  You will get involved in providing expert advice during the bid management phase on construction methodology, procurement and cost. You will ensure all company policies relating to EH&S, Quality Assurance and site procedures are adhered to.

About You
You will ideally have a strong background working on challenging live environment projects in the commercial sector.  It is essential you have the ability to build strong relationships with clients and consultants. You must be able to demonstrate strong financial and contract management skills on commercial construction projects.
