My client is a growing industrial builder specialising in Design & Construct (D&C) projects. They partner with clients from early design through to handover and have in-house manufacturing capabilities that streamline delivery and enhance quality.

As the NSW Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of projects—ensuring financial success and client satisfaction. You will lead a team including Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Site Managers.

Ideally, you’re passionate about developing people and will take an active role in mentoring and guiding teams to support company growth.
With ambitious plans to double in size over the coming years, this is a rare opportunity for someone ready to step up and help shape the future of the business.

About the Role
  • Oversee approximately 6 projects, with PMs and Site Managers reporting to you
  • Lead quality assurance, safety, resourcing, and trade management across multiple sites
  • Identify and resolve issues before they escalate
  • Play a key role in recruitment, development, and mentoring across the construction division
Your Background
  • 10+ years of site management experience on commercial or industrial projects
  • Excellent communication skills across site teams, clients, and authorities
  • Strong technical ability to solve on-site challenges efficiently
  • Professional and structured approach to project meetings, hiring, and client relations
  • Highly organised, with a clear understanding of how to prioritise across multiple sites
