The Role:
Experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee industrial projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and delivering exceptional results on projects ranging from office fit outs to retail refurbishments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of commercial projects up to $30 mil
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead project teams, including subcontractors and site personnel, fostering a culture of collaboration and safety.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Contractor administrator or Project Engineer with build experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects up to $15 mil.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and safety standards.
