- Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages
- Working on Boutique Architectural Residential projects across the Mornington Peninsula
- Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders
- Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes
- Tracking of project expenditure against budget
- Responsible for progress claims, project cash flow & forecasting
- Must have 2+ years experience with a commercial or High End Residential Builder as a Contract Administrator
- Main Contractor experience is a must
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Display the right attitude, ability to learn and grow
- Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes
- $90k - $115k package
- Excellent mentoring and gain valuable experience
