- Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages
- Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders
- Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes
- Tracking of project expenditure against budget
- Responsible for progress claims, project cash flow & forecasting
- Running up to two projects, and a mix of on-site and in office
- Must have 3+ years experience with a commercial builder
- Main Contractor experience is a must
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Display the right attitude, ability to learn and grow
- Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes
- $120k - $160k package
