- Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages
- Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders
- Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes
- Tracking of project expenditure against budget
- Responsible for lodging progress claims
- Ability to take on Project Manager responsibilities and to step in when needed
- Must have 3+ years experience as a Contract Administrator in the commercial space
- Main Contractor experience is a must
- Have great communication and negotiating skills as well as presentation.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong problem solving skills and have the ability to drive successful commercial outcomes for the company
- $110K-$135K salary package
- Joining a National stable commercial and infrastructure builder
- South East office location with project in the CBD
- Working on projects up to $15mil
