Role & Responsibilities:
As a Contract Administrator for the business, you will be responsible for letting all sub-contractor packages on projects. You will use your negotiating and relationship skills to achieve great outcomes for all stakeholders. You will liaise with design teams as well as other consultants as the project progresses. Project financials, forecasting and cost reporting will also form a key part of the role and must have done this before. This role will also involve coordination.

Your Background: 
  • Must have 3+ years experience as a Contract Administrator in the Industrial or Commercial space 
  • Main Contractor experience is a must
  • Have great communication and negotiating skills as well as presentation.
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong problem solving skills and have the ability to drive successful commercial outcomes for the company
  • Have a proven track record of successfully working on projects above $25mil
