- Work autonomously and in a team to complete commercial and apartment cost plan and tenders up to $80 mil.
- Liaise with development team, sub-contractors and architects during the cost plan and tender phase
- Receive support from an highly experienced Directors
- Develop relationships with suppliers and Tier 1 & 2 sub-contractors.
- Ideally have worked for a commercial/industrial/apartment builder in a Cost Planning or Estimating role
- Keen knowledge of construction sector.
- Can manage cost plans and tenders from start to finish
- Strong communication skills
- Eye for detail
