This role is about building trust, creating clarity and nurturing relationships. You’ll be the first touchpoint for clients, supporting them from initial enquiry through to Concept Design Agreement, while reinforcing a thoughtful, design-led brand experience.
About the role:
- Nurture and qualify high-value leads through considered, timely communication
- Support early client meetings alongside senior design and pre-site leaders
- Plan and host a curated Open Home Series that reflects quality and warmth
- Build relationships with real estate agents and local referrers
- Support events, client communications and premium collateral
- Use HubSpot and AI-enabled tools to maintain strong follow-up and data hygiene
- Naturally client-first with a calm, confident communication style
- Comfortable discussing design fundamentals (site, orientation, layout, materials)
- Experience in a premium or luxury environment (property, design, architecture, interiors or similar)
- Organised, emotionally intelligent and brand-aware
- Relationship-driven — not transactional
- Relationship-led role within a respected luxury builder
- No hard selling or volume targets
- Work closely with design, marketing and pre-site teams
- Strong brand, referral network and community presence
