About The Role
-    Capable of managing the tender process from start to finish
-    Working on newbuild, industrial and refurb projects up to $35mil
-    Be responsible for take offs and negotiating with subcontractors
-    Receive support from directors of the business
-    Develop relationships with clients and key stake-holders

Your Background
-     3+ years industry experience, ideally in the commercial/Fit-out space
-     Main Contractor experience is a must
-     Understand current rates and costs in the commercial environment
-     Ability to communicate with sub-contractors and suppliers
-     Eye for detail with take-offs etc
-     Technical know-how to develop costings from various levels of documentation

You will receive
-     Exposure to a variety of projects to build your experience

-     Salary up to $160,000 Package
