- Strong pipeline of townhouse developments and early education builds
- Close collaboration with construction
- Real ownership across BOQs, procurement & cost control
- Prepare and manage accurate BOQs, take-offs & plan mark-ups
- Review drawings, specs, contracts & permits to identify gaps and risks
- Analyse and level supplier & subcontractor quotes
- Issue and manage purchase orders with clear scope alignment
- Manage variations, ETOs and updates to support construction delivery
- Maintain price files and contribute to ongoing cost improvements
- Experience in residential construction estimating
- Strong capability across BOQs, take-offs & procurement
- Ability to interpret architectural & engineering documentation
- High attention to detail with strong commercial awareness
- Clear communicator who can work across site, suppliers & consultants
