Priding themselves on repeat work, this commercial builder has an enviable reputation founded by two directors from a top tier background they are known for been a great place to work. They work across the high end residential, industrial, commercial and hospitality sectors.
They treat their customers extremely well and hire pro-active people with positive attitudes. They realise people are the most important part of the business and reward and train accordingly. Your first project will be a large structural refurbishment of a well-known hospitality venue in North Sydney. My client is willing to look at site foreman looking to take the next step in their career too.
About the role:
* Oversee a hospitality build in North Sydney
* Manage relevant stakeholders
* Drive sub-contractors to ensure time and quality measures are met
* Oversee safety
Your Experience:
* Ideally have 5+ years' experience in Site Managing/Lead Foreman
* Commercial build experience
* Bring the right attitude & temperament to the business
* Ability to engage with stakeholders, sub-contractors and colleagues
