Reporting to the CFO, this role will shape the long-term footprint of our client ensuring their facilities, contracts, and fleet align with both operational needs and accessibility standards.

- Lead and deliver a property and fleet strategy that supports our long-term organisational goals.
- Oversee outsourced facilities management services while managing a high-performing in-house team (Property, Fleet, soft-service FM)
- Drive negotiations, and contracts to deliver value.
- Ensure compliance across building codes, WHS, and risk management frameworks.
- Provide insightful reports and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board.
