Our client is a leading Tier 1 subcontractor specialising in structural steel, rigging and scaffolding, delivering major infrastructure and commercial projects. With approximately 300 employees, they are seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead safety, quality and environmental performance across the business.

The Role
Reporting to senior management, you will provide strategic and hands-on HSEQ leadership across multiple projects and sites.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and embedding a strong HSEQ culture
  • Managing ISO-aligned HSEQ systems (45001, 14001, 9001)
  • Ensuring WHS and client compliance across high-risk works
  • Supporting project teams, audits, investigations and training
  • Acting as the key HSEQ contact for clients and regulators
About You
You are an experienced HSEQ leader from construction or heavy industry, comfortable operating in high-risk environments.
You will bring:
  • Senior HSEQ experience within construction
  • Exposure to structural steel, rigging, scaffolding or similar works
  • Strong WHS legislation and Tier 1 project knowledge
  • Practical leadership and strong stakeholder engagement skills
