The business has a strong and consistent pipeline including medium-density townhouse developments, new homes and select commercial projects, and is looking to add an estimator who can ensure projects are accurately costed and prepared for construction.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working closely with construction, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects move to site smoothly and efficiently.
The Opportunity
Working within an established estimating and construction team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate production estimates and coordinating procurement documentation prior to site commencement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and locked construction budgets
- Reviewing drawings, engineering and specifications for estimating accuracy
- Obtaining and reviewing supplier and subcontractor pricing
- Preparing purchase orders and procurement documentation
- Ensuring site documentation is complete and construction-ready
- Maintaining estimating systems and supplier pricing data
- Supporting variations, ETO reviews and cost alignment
- Liaising with construction teams to ensure smooth project delivery
To be considered for the role you will ideally have:
- Experience as a Production Estimator within Wholesale residential construction
- Experience pricing volume homes, townhouses or medium-density developments
- Strong understanding of BOQs and procurement processes
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Strong communication skills when working with suppliers and internal teams
