About the Role
- Coordinate new build projects from initial deposit through planning stages
- Present designs, quotes, and planning documentation to clients
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage client contact and maintain accurate project databases as jobs progress
- Support smooth handover from pre-construction to site teams
- Experience in residential construction, ideally in building/project coordination, planning, or tender presentation
- Strong technical knowledge of the building process
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other project management systems
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Work with a prestigious, award-winning home builder
