Our client is a fully integrated property development group who design, develop, construct and hold property across the residential, commercial, industrial and retail sector. With a strong pipeline of residential projects, this group are currently looking to recruit a Project Architect to their in-house design team.
The Role
Joining a well-established design team of 10, this is a hands-on role where you will lead a team of 2-3 architectural designers across the full project lifecycle from acquisitions to completion. Working as part of a fully integrate property group, you will collaborate with a broad range of internal stakeholders during design, development, sales/marketing and construction. You will manage a full suite of consultants to coordinate design documentation and provide direction on buildability, efficiency, value management and opportunities to enhance quality.
The role will focus on apartment developments.
What we are looking for:
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture or Architectural Technology
- Minimum of 6 years professional experience
- Strong technical understanding of construction detailing
- High attention to detail and excellent project management skills
- Must be revit proficient
- Proven experience on apartment projects a non-negotiable
