About the Role
Reporting directly into the National Director, you’ll play a key role in managing and delivering complex projects while supporting strategic growth initiatives. The role will involve:

• Oversight of end-to-end project delivery 
• Managing stakeholder relationships from early brief and design stages through to construction and handover.
• Contributing to business development and identifying new opportunities.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with leadership aspirations, looking to grow into a Director-level position with potential for equity/ profit share.

About You
You are an experienced client-side Senior Project Manager or Project Director with:

• Proven experience delivering construction projects independently ideally above $30M AUD in value
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Commercial acumen and an existing professional network.
• A proactive, self-starting attitude and passion for leading successful outcomes.
