About the client:
Join a leading head contractor specializing in industrial and commercial projects valued up to $200m. They deliver high-quality, bespoke solutions across the industrial and commercial sector for a number of blue chip national and international clients.

The Role:
Experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee industrial new build projects from inception to completion for blue chip clients. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and delivering exceptional results on projects ranging from $20M to $200M

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of commercial and industrial new build projects up to $200 million.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Lead project teams, including subcontractors and site personnel, fostering a culture of collaboration and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial new build or industrial experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects up to $50m.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and safety standards.
