This is an excellent opportunity for a driven leading hand / junior Site manager ready to step up and take ownership of a full project, with support from an experienced project team.
The Role:
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and successful delivery of the project on site. You will play a key role in ensuring the build is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all on-site activities and trades
- Drive construction program and ensure milestones are met
- Maintain a strong focus on site safety and compliance
- Monitor quality assurance and ensure high build standards
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Report on progress, issues, and site performance
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or emerging Site Manager in commercial construction
- Exposure to projects in the $2m–$10m range (education/childcare highly regarded)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and site activities effectively
- A proactive and hands-on approach with a willingness to learn and grow
