This group are a well known new build commercial builder, that has been in operation for over 10 years. They predominately deliver commercial office, apartments and institutional projects up to $60 mil. They have been awarded a $40 mil D&C commercial office commencing shortly and are looking for a Project Manager to deliver the project.
About the Role
Reporting to a Construction Manager you will be responsible for the following
- Management of construction program.
- Management of client and PCG meetings.
- Prepare monthly financial cost reports to the Directors.
- Design Management and consultant management.
- Management of project team consisting of site staff and contract administrator's.
You will ideally have delivered a new build commercial/apartment project as a Project Manager. You must have strong written and communication skills and be able to lead a construction delivery team. Previous experience working on D&C projects will be looked upon favorably.
