The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing multiple projects across their full lifecycle, acting as the key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end delivery of commercial fit out and refurb projects
- Managing programme, budget, quality, and risk
- Coordinating consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Preparing and managing project documentation, reports, and schedules
- Overseeing site works, ensuring WHS compliance
- Building strong client relationships and driving repeat work
- Proven experience delivering commercial fit out and refurbishment projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and the local market
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or similar
- A strong pipeline of Melbourne-based projects
