Key Duties:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of residential projects up to $30 million.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead project teams, including subcontractors and site personnel, fostering a culture of collaboration and safety.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Contractor administrator or Project Engineer with build experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects up to $15m.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and safety standards.
