About the Role:
As a Senior CA, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the project delivery team with the commercial management of multiple projects. You’ll be responsible for overseeing contracts, managing procurement, cost reporting, variations, and ensuring contractual compliance across all stages of construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end contract administration on D&C and lump sum projects
- Manage subcontractor procurement, scopes and letting of packages
- Preparation of head contract claims, variations, and EOTs
- Work closely with the Project Manager on budget tracking and cost control
- Attend site and client meetings, providing commercial advice and updates
- Ensure project documentation and compliance is maintained to company and industry standards
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator in the commercial construction sector
- Proven experience on community, education or government-funded projects valued up to $15m
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and legislation (AS forms, D&C, etc.)
- Excellent commercial acumen and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Salary up to $180k package
