- Manage a small portfolio of clients
- Tender & contract presentation
- Assist workflow management - conduct weekly workflow meetings
- Drive weekly & monthly initiatives
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues, suppliers & clients
- 4 + years in a customer service/coordination role within residential construction
- High level of customer service skills, strong communication skillset
- Looking to step into management
- Desire to work in a fast paced & team based environment
