The Role
This role will have responsibility for leading the development of multiple medium-density apartment developments. Partnering with market-leading architects and interior designers, these developments are very design focused and targeted to the high-end owner occupier market.
This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership for developments across feasibility, design, sales & marketing, construction and settlement. You will have a passion for high-end residential development, strong commercial acumen and will enjoy working collaboratively. As an SDM you will provide leadership and mentoring to ADM's and DM's.
About You
It is anticipated that successful candidates will have the following skillset & experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Construction, Property or related field
- Proven track record in residential development on the Eastern seaboard
- Demonstrated leadership skills with high level of emotional intelligence
- Understanding of full development lifecycle with proven experience managing a development end-end.
- Strong Project Management skills
- High attention to detail and passion for high-end residential development
