About the Role:
-    Oversee the project teams on 1-2 projects depending on size
-    Ably assisted by contract administrators, site managers with direct line to Owners / General Manager
-    Oversee budgets, forecasting and programming
-    Play a key role in the front end with design etc
-    Key point of communication with the client 

Your Background:
-    10+ years experience in commercial fit out & refurbishment sector
-    Ability to lead teams
-    Ability to manage a project from a programme and cost perspective
-    Communicate effectively with designers, suppliers and clients
-    Solution driven attitude

You will receive:
