The Role
We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a close-knit, highly collaborative and growing advisory firm in Sydney. In this role, you will work closely with the Associate Director, contributing to both pre- and post-contract services on high-profile projects across commercial fitout, education, and aged care sectors.

  • Manage and deliver all aspects of pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services
  • Prepare cost plans, bills of quantities, and tender documentation
  • Conduct value engineering, risk analysis, and cost reporting
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Contribute to business development and client relationship management where appropriate
About you
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally within the Australian market
  • Proven experience across a mix of sectors such as commercial, education, government, health
  • Strong understanding of Australian construction and procurement practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • A team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field; MRICS or AIQS membership desirable
