About the role:
- Key member of a team delivering a landmark data centre project
- Involved in the coordination of the services trades right through to completion.
- Coordinate Sub-contractors and Shop drawing process
- Display expertise in all services, including Mechanical and Electrical
- Work closely with design and delivery team
Your Background:
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
- Strong background in building services management, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of design and ECI processes.
- Experience in working on/ managing commercial new build projects, large refurb projects and data centre projects
- Strong project management, time management, and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to take ownership and make informed decisions related to the project.
- A can-do, proactive attitude and 'hands-on' approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, OR equivalent hands-on experience in building services
