About the Role
Reporting to the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring program milestones are achieved, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has proven experience delivering large-scale commercial or mission-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily site operations across multiple trades and subcontractors
- Assist in managing project program, sequencing, and site logistics
- Monitor progress and proactively resolve site issues
- Ensure compliance with OH&S standards and company procedures
- Support quality assurance and documentation processes
- Liaise with site teams, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain workflow
- Drive productivity while maintaining a strong safety culture
- Proven experience as a Site Coordinator / Senior Site Coordinator on large commercial or industrial projects ($50M+)
- Data centre or mission-critical project experience highly regarded
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and services coordination
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Trade or tertiary qualification in Construction/Engineering preferred
