Duties:
- Lead and take full ownership of high-value projects from site setup through to final handover and defect resolution
- Ensure safety is embedded in every aspect of site operations, maintaining compliance with Workplace Health & Safety standards
- Coordinate, mentor, and manage trades, subcontractors, and site teams for efficient delivery across multiple projects
- Drive project delivery on time and within scope by collaborating closely with Project, Construction, and Building Managers
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and lead toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- 10+ years’ experience managing commercial construction projects valued at $5M+ for a head contractor
- Proven leadership of large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Commercial fit out experience is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence and motivate teams while building strong client and consultant relationships
- Relevant trade, tertiary, and safety qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Hammertech
