My client has a growing presense in the Brisbane market for delivering quality work and as a great place to work with a strong senior management team in place they are experiencing significant growth.

Due to a number of projects wins they are looking for a Site Manager to join the team delivering projects for blue chip clients up to the value of $10M. 

Key accountabilities will include:

* Supervise and manage the project through to completion
* Regular project reporting on time, cost and quality
* Work closely with subcontractors to drive programme
* Build positive relationships with all external stakeholders, suppliers and contractors.
* Provide exceptional customer service through the handover and defects phase
* Manage WH&S requirements for each project under the relevant legislation and company systems

About You

* Experience of delivering commercial fit out projects in excess of $10m in an SM role from start to finish 
* Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence, build consensus, and work well within a team environment
* Ability to liaise with customers during the sales and settlement processes
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
