The builder:
They pride themselves on repeat work, this builder successfully delivers projects across the education, health, aged care, industrial, data centre and commercial sectors up to $150M. Their workplace is welcoming, professional and have an enjoyable culture.

As a business they have recently picked up a $60 mil education project located in West Sydney. The company have proven experience in delivering projects across Sydney and have a great reputation in the Tier 2 market. 

About the role:
- Oversee all sub-contractors & manage the quality of finishes
- Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets
- Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to date
- Supervise and manage the project through to completion
- Regular project reporting on time, cost and quality
- Work closely with subcontractors to drive programme
-  Build positive relationships with all external stakeholders, suppliers and contractors.
- Provide exceptional customer service through the handover and defects phase
-  Manage WH&S requirements for each project under the relevant legislation and company systems

Your Background:
- Experience with site managing commercial projects
- Proven experience in delivering projects over $50 mil 
- 5-10 years as a site manager/foreman
- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality
- Positive attitude with the right temperament
- Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme
 
You will Receive:
- Employment with a commercial builder with strong project pipeline
- Up to $250k + Super for the right person, based on years of experience
- Support from office with CA's, PM's and operations manager etc.
- Genuine processes in place to achieve work life balance

There is a strong team of Project Managers, Contract Administrators and Directors to lend assistance.
