You’ll take end-to-end ownership of site delivery, coordinating all structural, services and finishing trades while driving programme, safety and quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full coordination of structural, services and finishing works
- Management of secondary subcontractors across multiple stages
- Preparing and maintaining weekly construction programmes
- Providing clear leadership and direction to site teams
- Attending and contributing to regular site management meetings
- Maintaining a strong safety culture, including toolbox talks and OH&S compliance
- Trade qualified (Carpentry essential)
- Proven experience delivering medium-density townhouse projects
- Strong background in subcontractor coordination and site supervision
- Solid understanding of safety systems and compliance requirements
- Ability to drive programme and push jobs through to completion
- Reliable, hands-on, team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Confident communicator able to build strong relationships with trades
