We’re looking for a seasoned Site Manager to take the lead on the delivery of a Luxury architectural Duplex in Balgowlah Sydney’s Northern Beaches. This project is ready to go and they are looking for someone to start in the next 4 weeks. This builder work solely on the Northern Beaches and have another duplex to follow this along with a strong future pipeline of Class 1 and 2 Works upcoming. 

About the role:
- Be responsible for overseeing the build from start to finish
- Oversee all sub-contractors & manage the quality of finishes
- Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets
- Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to date

Your Background:
- Experience with site managing Residential Class 1 or 2 Projects 
- 5-10 years as a site manager/foreman
- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality
- Positive attitude with the right temperament
- Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme
- A building Supervisors license is required for this role 
 
You will Receive:
- Employment with a commercial builder with strong project pipeline
- Up to $180k package, based on years of experience
- Support from office with CA's, PM's and operations manager etc.
