About the company: 

My client is a well-regarded boutique builder who specialise in projects up to $40M across the class two residential, industrial and commercial sectors predominately. Having grown from a standing start to have over 75 employees currently they have exciting growth plans a foot and it's a great time to join a business who can offer development. 

Your first project will be as structures foreman on a residential build in the Inner West which consists of a 5 storey structure and boutique luxury apartments for a well-known developer. 


 About the role:
- Oversee the challenging structures package and high end finishes 
- Coordinate various installers and sub-contractors while overseeing quality
- Communicate effectively with site team, suppliers and head contractor
- Daily updates to the project manager and ensure your section is hitting milestones

Your background:
- 5+ years in a foreman role with experience delivering multi-level structures and class 2 buildings
- Excellent eye for detail and strong ability to pre plan
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Highly capable on large scale projects

You will receive:
- $170k - $200k package depending on experience
- Opportunity to deliver a project in one of the nicest suburbs in Sydney
- Genuine progression to Site Manager after this project
- Secure employment with a very promising project pipeline.
