A newly created opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warranty & Maintenance Supervisor to join the team. This role is site-focused and hands-on, overseeing complex and high-value warranty items across completed projects, with a particular emphasis on structural and balcony rectification works.
Reporting to the Head of Warranty, you will take ownership of warranty execution on site, coordinating trades, consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and deliver complex warranty and maintenance works across completed residential projects
- Manage large-ticket rectification items, including structural defects and balcony rebuilds
- Coordinate trades, engineers, consultants and suppliers to ensure works are completed to program
- Conduct site inspections, assess defects and determine appropriate rectification methods
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes and quality standards
- Liaise directly with clients and owners to manage expectations and maintain strong relationships
- Work closely with internal admin support to track claims, variations and cost control
- Proven experience in a Warranty / Maintenance Supervisor role within residential construction
- Strong technical background with demonstrated experience delivering balcony rebuilds and structural rectification works
- Comfortable managing high-value and technically complex defect claims
- Solid understanding of NCC compliance and residential construction methodology
- Highly organised with strong documentation and reporting capability
- Confident communicator who can manage trades, consultants and clients effectively
- Hands-on, solutions-focused and comfortable being on site daily
