Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming work, our client is seeking a Bid / Submissions Manager to join their dynamic and collaborative pre-construction team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end bid and submissions process across multiple tenders and opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (estimating, design, project management) to collate accurate and compelling content.
- Write, edit, and tailor submission documents, capability statements, and EOIs to suit client needs.
- Maintain and develop a library of standard content, case studies, and templates.
- Ensure all submissions are delivered on time, professionally presented, and aligned with company branding.
- Assist with pipeline tracking, bid strategies, and identifying new tender opportunities.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or fit-out sector.
- Exceptional written communication and document design skills (ideally Indesign)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
- High attention to detail and a creative flair for producing standout submissions
- Proficiency in across the Microsoft Suite
- Ability to mentor and develop a bid coordinator
- Competitive salary package: $130,000 – $150,000 depending on experience
