My client is a builder based on Sydney's Eastern Suburbs who predominately deliver Luxury residential new build and renovation projects up to $10M. Due to increased growth they are looking for a Construction Manager to oversee delivery of between 8 - 10 projects at one time ensuring high qaulity workmanship, safety, on time delivery and client satisfaction.

With a growing reputation for quality, they are really making an impression in the high-end residential space, and this is a great opportunity for a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager looking to take the step up to Construction Manager. 

About the role:

- Be responsible for overseeing the delivery of 8 - 10 high end projects.
- Oversee all sub-contractors & manage the quality of finishes on a high end project
- Use leadership and organisational skills to deliver quality, safety and program across projects 
- Mentor and develop site teams including Site Managers and Leading Hanfs 
- Liaise with clients and ensure satisfaction  

Your Background:

- Experience with site managing high end apartments or homes.
- 10 years as a site manager/foreman
- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality
- Extensive leadership experience 
- Positive attitude with the right temperament
- Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme
