Reporting to the director you will be responsible for working on Residential & Commercial projects and be responsible for:
- Preparing scopes of work
- Working on a $7mil retail project
- Administrating the head and sub-contracts.
- Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes
- Tracking of project expenditure against budget
- Responsible for progress claims, project cash flow & forecasting
- Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholder
- Must have 2+ years as a Contract Administrator/Project Coordinator in the High End residential/Commercial space
- Main Contractor experience is a must
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Display the right attitude, ability to learn and grow
- Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes
- Strong problem solving skills and have the ability to drive successful outcomes for the company
- $90K-$120K salary package
